Our rents are fair because we want our lessees to achieve a good standard of living in return for the effort they put into their business. Rent reviews are transparent from day one, and are not designed to penalise you for being successful!

We offer you maximum choice when buying tied products from Belhaven, with a broad range of draught and packaged products, ciders, stouts and soft drinks, yet with the flexibility to purchase wines and spirits from your supplier of choice.

In the majority of cases the lessee will retain all machine income. Just check the individual pub lease schedule for further details.
