Cooper’s is located 5 minutes from the city centre. It is a small community pub and the regular clientele create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong local knowledge and experience within the pub trade, preferably to managerial level. Individuals who have run their own business within the hospitality and leisure industry will also be considered.
