Galashiels lies in the heart of the Scottish Borders in the narrow valley of the Gala Water, close to its meeting with the River Tweed. This busy town has a population of around 15,000.

Situated on the main road through the town centre, the Foundry is a spacious single bar operation which has recently been refurbished in a contemporary style. There is also a full catering kitchen with a strong food business currently in operation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced food operator,with a strong local knowledge and experience within the pub trade, preferably to managerial level. Individuals who have run their own business within the hospitality and leisure industry will also be considered.
