- Core Skills
A two day workshop covering the most important aspects of running your own pub business: setting customer service standards, all aspects of financial planning, managing machines, marketing your business & running promotions, licensing and energy efficiency.
- SCPLH – Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
This is a required qualification for anyone applying for a personal licence across Scotland and is accredited by the British Institute of Innkeepers (BII).
We regularly run one day workshops with an exam at the end. After successfully completing this, you will be awarded the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders which covers all aspects of Scottish Licensing Law, as well as social and legal responsibilities. This forms part of your application for a Personal Licence.
- Cellar Management
This is a six month quality support package and can be run in your own pub. The course is ½ day with ongoing support as and when you need it. Belhaven Pubs believe in selling products to the highest quality and this course will help you achieve this.
