Kitchen Manager - Limekiln, Livingston
Following extensive refurbishment the Lime Kiln opened on 11th November 2008. The second of the Eating Inn concepts to open, the Lime Kiln is located next to the Almondvale centre and McArthur Glen Designer outlet village. Ideally candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record for high quality food provision, a comprehensive knowledge of kitchen stock management and experience of delivering on the job training. Additionally you will possess current food hygiene certificates.
