Nikki Greenhalgh, EatingInn Manager at the Lime Kiln
Nikki joined Belhaven in 2008, just as we were launching our new brand, EatingInn. She became the manager of our Livingston site, the Lime Kiln, which was the second of the seven original EatingInns to open.
So what does she think of her time in Belhaven Pubs so far?
"I joined Belhaven at a very exciting time, when a new brand was being developed. I was, and still am, able to assist in the development of the brand through my experiences, thoughts and feedback."
So how has Belhaven helped to develop Nikki's career?
"I have gained experience in dealing with a project through refurbishment to completion. This has allowed me to meet people from different departments and be very involved in the project. I have been able to set the standards from day one."
So how does Belhaven compare with previous companies?
"I feel that I have a voice within Belhaven. It is a large company but it feels like a family run business. I have the scope to run the business as I would do if it was my own, within reason of course!"
