We know 2020 wasn’t quite as expected and we’re sorry we didn’t get to celebrate Christmas with you. So, we are already busy working away on our plans for 2021 as we have lots of missed celebrating to make up for!

Our Menu Descriptors do not include all ingredients. Please ask a member of the team if you require the full allergen information on the ingredients in the food we serve, or visit our website. Whilst we take care to preserve the integrity of our vegetarian and vegan products, we must advise that these are handled in a multi-kitchen environment.

Bookings for Christmas Celebrations & December
It’s been a tough year all round and we do hope your friends and family are safe and well.
We want to make sure we all have a well-deserved Christmas knees up and we’d love you to choose our pubs.
All of our pubs take the safety of our guests and our team very seriously. If you’ve visited us in the last couple of months you can see how many measures we have in place to look after you whilst living with Covid-19. We can promise you that booking with us for Christmas will be no exception.
We ask all guests where possible to please now make your Christmas booking online, everyone is paying a £5pp deposit this year (child and adult) upon booking for all the festive menus (irrespective of your party size). We have to have deposit payment at point of booking to secure the table, hence why it’s so much easier for you to do all this via the pub website. But don’t worry, all your deposits are fully redeemable against your final bill. For more information on deposits see section ‘refunds & cancellations’.
The only exception outside of the above, to the £5pp deposit is when you are booking in any of our pubs who are running our tasty Christmas Day menu! As it’s our favourite (and busiest) day of the year, we do ask for £10pp please upon booking. All the same T&Cs apply.
A lot of our pubs this year have got some self-serve drinks packages too, these will be bought over to you as soon as you arrive so no waiting for that all important first drink. Why not ask for more info or check these out on the website and add to your booking? Full payment is needed for these in advance please, when you book the package you want.
Pre-orders are really important during our busiest time of year, Christmas takes so much planning so please get your groups pre-orders in on time, by Thursday 12th November 2020, or no later than 2 weeks before your booking date if your booking has been made after the 12th November 2020. You’ll be sent all the information on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. And don’t forget any allergens or dietary needs, if we know all this in advance then it helps everything to be smooth sailing.
We have carefully thought out seating plans (with social distancing) and staggered arrival times so we do ask you keep to your chosen time please. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to ask you to skip a course as we cannot allow tables to overrun. We understand though arrival times aren’t always in your control so please give the pub a call and let us know, or we’ll start to worry about you.
Oh, and one last bit of admin advice please – if you can bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you, that would be great! We know it’s easy to forget what you’ve ordered so it would be a massive help if one person in the group took control. We call them our Booking Superhero’s!

Refunds & Cancellations
We hope no one gets poorly in your party! And we used to always say refunds where not refundable, but the world has changed, and we want to protect you and our team.
So, if any of your party (or your whole group) needs to cancel or amend the booking due to Covid-19 symptoms, as long as you give us 72 hours’ notice we will always process a 100% refund for you. Please be patient as refunds may take up to 14 days. Ideally rather than cancelling, you book another date for a few weeks’ time, that would be a massive help to our team, but we understand completely if that’s not possible. Health comes first!
If we have to cancel your booking then we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, or you are not happy to re-book in the future, of course we will give you a full refund of deposit and any additional pre-orders/packages. You are covered!
So basically, as long as you give us 72 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table then you get 100% refund. Whether that is the whole party or a just a drop-in numbers.
Should you fall ill closer to your booking date and are unable to give us the required 72 hours’ notice we can make any date changes as long as it’s within 24 hours of your original booking date, you will not be charged for this and all deposits will be held for the new date.
Should you wish to increase numbers, and we can accommodate this, please ensure you pay deposit on point of booking the additional guest(s) and if it’s a late change (after 12th November) we will need the pre-order for the additional guest(s) immediately too please.

If government advice changes and we need to make any updates to our guidance and booking policies, we will do so on our website. To be eligible to receive a voucher, you must make an online booking on one of our Festive menus for a minimum party of four guests. The online booking must be made and a deposit paid in full by 12th November 2020. £10 gift vouchers are valid from 2nd January to 30th May 2021 - excluding Valentine's Day 14th February 2020, Mother's Day 14th March 2021, Easter weekend 2nd to 5th April 2021 and May Bank Holidays 3rd & 31st May 2021.
