Rule of Groups
It is unlawful to mix in groups of more than six people in England and Scotland and more than four people in Wales. Because of this, we can only accommodate bookings that follow these rules.
We ask that you wear a face covering when not seated at your table. This means when entering and leaving the pub, and whilst moving around inside.
(Known as Track and Trace in England, Test and Trace in Scotland and Test Trace and Protect in Wales)
To support government tracing, we are required to collect your necessary contact details.
In England and Wales
If you have booked online or via our app, we capture these details for you. Not booked ahead? Inside the pub, there are QR codes which you can scan and enter your details.
If you are visiting as one household, we only need details for the lead guest. For bookings of more than one household we will need the details of each guest. Don’t have access to book online or scan a QR code? Don’t worry, one of the team will take your details for you when you arrive.
Order at your table
We now run table service only for both food and drink orders in all our pubs. So, sit back, relax and place your order via the Greene King App, where you can browse the food and drink menus and use 'order & pay'. Don’t have access to the app? Don’t worry, one of the team will be happy to take your order at the table for you.
Our PUBSAFE scheme continues to be at the heart of everything we do and is proudly followed in all our pubs. So, stay safe, play by the rules and be assured that we’re doing everything we can to protect you and our teams. You can find more details on the Pub Safe section here.
We look forward to welcoming you soon
